In addition, the Honda Accord EX-L V6 get a two-position memory for driver's seat. Other updates on all models include interior fabrics new headquarters on models with cloth seats, a dashboard update and focus more refined points in the cockpit.

    Interior styling on all models offer affordable luxury with a generous standard equipment of world-class ergonomics and intuitive vehicle controls. The front seats are designed to provide generous lateral support to complement the sporty Honda Accord. The seat-folding rear back offers versatility and load lock includes a pass-through for long objects like skis.

    New for 2011, the most commonly used climate buttons are now located on the left side of the control stack, closer to the driver for ease of use and less frequently used buttons are now on the right side. The recorder is also a vehicle to facilitate the control more visible lettering.
     


    190-hp, 2.4-liter 16-valve DOHC i-VTEC 4-cylinder is standard on Honda Accord EX and EX-L sedans and Accord LX-S, EX and EX-L coupe. 2.4-liter i-VTEC four-cylinder Honda Accord LX, LX-P sedan and SE for the production of 177 horses.

    The available 3.5-liter 24-valve SOHC i-VTEC ® V6 271 horsepower produced and takes advantage of Variable Cylinder Management ™ (VCM ®) technology that can shut down half the cylinders on the cruise to improve economy fuel. Preliminary EPA fuel economy for 2011 Accord V6 sedan is 19 mpg city/30 highway, an improvement of 1 mpg on the highway.
     


    Performance-oriented Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 6-speed manual transmission has a unique 3.5-liter V6 VTEC engine (no VCM) that provides a performance-tuned valve train, intake and exhaust to increase the torque curve low to mid rpm range for lovers of performance level.

    A 5-speed manual transmission is standard on four-cylinder and a 5-speed automatic transmission is available. A 5-speed automatic transmission is standard on V6 models. A 6-speed manual transmission is available exclusively at Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6.
     


    For security reasons, Advanced Compatibility Engineering ™ (ACE ®) is the only body which enhances occupant protection and crash compatibility in frontal crashes. ACE ™ edge design of network components connected to the impact force more evenly distributed across the front of the vehicle. This increased force of frontal impact management helps to reduce the forces transferred to the cabin.

    The front double wishbone and multilink rear suspension inspired performance handling while providing a comfortable ride. For 2011 Honda Accord Sedan comes standard with steel wheels with covers 16-inch or 16 - or aluminum wheels 17-inch depending on model.
     


    Three audio systems are available - all MP3/Windows Media ® Audio (WMA) playback and auxiliary input jack. Standard system provides a single-disc CD player, six speakers and 160 watts. Honda Accord EX and EX-L Coupe and Sedan models Accord EX-L includes Bluetooth ® hands-free link ® as the standard for wireless connectivity with compatible mobile phones.

    Honda Accord Coupe (4 cyl) is a 17-inch alloy wheels as standard, 18-inch alloy wheels as standard V6 Honda Accord Coupe. All contracts have four disc brakes.
     


    Currently, over 95 percent of contracts sold in the U.S. are products of Plant Honda America Manufacturing Inc. 's Marysville Auto in Marysville, Ohio, and Honda's production in Alabama, LLC, Lincoln, Alabama. Marysville plant is the only global source of Honda Accord Coupe.
